• What is your GOAL?

With YOUR goal as the starting point of care, Precision will get you back on track by working WITH you to improve your body balance and quality of movement. You will progress back into your sport strong and injury free. You will gain confidence that you can go forward with your goals and also learn to prevent reinjury.

  • Private One-On-One Sessions

Private clinical setting for focused, individualized attention. Clinical assessments identify muscle imbalances, strength and flexibility limitations, faulty movement patterns and training errors. In depth analysis of the demands of your body, specific to the sport you love or the environment in which you live, train or work.

  • A Physical Therapist Who Understands Athletes

Work with a therapist who lives it. A therapist who understands the physical and mental demands of training and a busy life. With a thorough understanding of your injury, your training, and your goals, a specialized rehab program is designed for you. Staying active during your rehabilitation is a priority. With creativity, we can ensure fitness loss is minimum.

  • Sport Specific Rehabilitation

Evaluation and treatment based on your specific athletic activities and goals. Therapist has experience rehabbing recreational to professional athletes in endurance sports (Nordic skiers, runners, cyclists, swimmers, triathletes), team sports including the Major League Soccer (current team PT for the Minnesota United FC), basketball, pickleball players and adventure sports (mountain bikers, climbers). Treatment is specified to your activities and goals.

  • Stay Active For a Lifetime

Age is not an explanation for an injury. But tissues do wear and tear and joints can lose their cushion. As we age, spending time on body maintenance is a must. Preventative care will decrease risk of injury. Get a preventative screen or treat that lingering injury now and learn prevention strategies for the future. The things you learn while in rehab will provide stepping stones to keep you active for life.
